Welcome BT PC Fax customers! Not many people know this, but aql have operated the fax-to-email and desktop messaging service for BT for
the last few years. From 22nd February 2011, aql will manage all BT PC Fax and Text customers directly. All customers can now log on via the aql.com website and benefit from the extra feature and support that offers.
Note: BT PC Fax users please login using the form above. BT PC Text users may log in via the standard aql login box on the left. Should you have
any problems in accessing your account, please do contact us immediately, either by telephone during core office hours of Mon-Fri, 9:00
until 17:00, on 01133 20 30 40, or via our enquiries form.
If you are currently trialling the service during this migration of BT PC Fax support from BT to aql, please rest assured that you will
not be charged for your trial period.
At the end of the 14 day trial period an invoice will be raised automatically, if you find this service useful and wish to continue with it,
please settle this invoice to retain your chosen number and keep the service active.
If not, we are happy to cancel your fax service upon request and welcome any input you may have regarding the service. Please get in touch
via our support system should you have any questions, input, or wish for your account to be
cancelled.
