SMS to email relays SMS text messages as emails. Send an SMS to our memorable gateway number 01138 59 06 90 with the first word of the SMS the recipients email address. The SMS will then be relayed to the recipient via email almost instantaneously with only the standard charges from your network operator for sending out the SMS!

How about an example

To send the email message "Fred, I will be late for the afternoon meeting." to [email protected], simply text...

[email protected] Fred, I will be late for the afternoon meeting.

to the number;

01138 59 06 90

and aql will relay this SMS via email to [email protected]

Why not try it yourself; simply text, to 01138 59 06 90:

The recipient of your message will see the sender as «your mobile number»@sms.aql.com and, with our SMS to email service, replies to this address can arrive on your mobile as SMS messages (the recipient will need an account to send SMS messages to you and each email to SMS message costs 1 credit).

What if I don't have an "@" symbol or an "_" symbol on my phone?

Most mobiles support both "@" and "_" symbols, but if not you can use the following;

• ??  instead of  @
• !!  instead of  _
