The services described on this page allow you to make calls from either your PC or a IP Voice enabled phone.
To IP Voice enable your standard phone, you need to purchase a telephone adapter from us. This converts your
standard telephone into an IP Voice phone.
Make your company stand out with a Gold Number from within your own area code. These are available now for just a £25 + VAT initial setup fee, with just the regular price of £2 + VAT pcm following that. Please contact us for more information.
If you're looking to make pc to pc phone calls, you can sign up for free and there's no monthly or ongoing costs. You can also sign up your friends so that you can call them for free on their aql® extension number.
If you need to call landlines or mobiles from your PC, we can offer low cost call rates. For private users and small businesses we offer this as a pre-paid solution, whereby you can purchase blocks of call credit for outbound calls.

If you wish to receive calls from normal landlines, this can be done by calling the geographic number that you have purchased from aql®. To order a geographic number, eg 0113, 0115, 0208 etc, please choose from the list of area codes below. Once you have chosen your area code, you can then order a geographic number.

Once you have your geographic number, you can make and receive calls using it anywhere in the world. If you move house, you don't need to inform us, you just unplug your PC or internet phone and plug it into your new broadband socket in your new home.
